Sad Oriental Mermaid

Once upon a time in a far away land of the east . A mermaid was deeply in love with a soldier . The soldier was told to march up to a war which will separate him between his beloved mermaid.
The night before the soldier departed from his homeland, He promised mermaid that if he able to survived the war, he'll marry her but if he can't, he'll ask his close buddy to delivers the luminous frost flower to her . The flower was extremely rare and only grows in XuanXue mountain, a place where the soldier heading for the war ....
This story was inspired by my buddy novel .
21 hours using SAI . Next week probably busy doing few commissions and some Chinese New year celebration preparations. Might not able to create any personal artwork by then till end of Feb /March so i decided to complete this piece>.<
